The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to WillowGrove Market. WillowGrove Market operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide customers with a curated shopping experience collectively referred to as the “Services.”

WillowGrove Market is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Certain products may be created, fulfilled, or shipped by third-party production or fulfillment partners. Processing times, packaging, and return procedures may vary depending on the product and fulfillment source.

SECTION 3: ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from WillowGrove Market.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate business reasons, including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment issues, or shipping restrictions.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed the order.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to cancel or modify an order after production or fulfillment has begun.

If we reject, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided with the order.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, products purchased through the Services are intended for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4: PRICES, PAYMENT, AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of clear pricing or technical errors.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices do not include shipping, handling, taxes, customs duties, import charges, or other fees that may apply.

Promotional offers may be subject to separate terms. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms will govern that promotion.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, and payment information.

You also agree to update your information promptly when necessary so that we can process transactions and contact you regarding an order.

You represent that:

  2. You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  3. Charges submitted through that payment method will be honored.
  4. You will pay all applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes, and other disclosed fees.

SECTION 5: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Processing and delivery may be affected by product availability, production schedules, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, incorrect address information, public emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the processing period stated on the product page, checkout page, order confirmation, or Shipping Policy.

When no shipping period is provided, applicable federal shipping requirements continue to apply. Federal rules generally require online sellers to have a reasonable basis for the shipping time they state, or to follow delay and refund procedures when they cannot ship as promised.

If an order is significantly delayed, damaged, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact us at help@willowgrovemarket.com.

We will review the available tracking and order information and determine the appropriate next steps.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

SECTION 6: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Shopify’s trademarks and brand assets belong to Shopify or its licensors. Other trademarks displayed through the Services belong to their respective owners.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

WillowGrove Market is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

However, purchases made through WillowGrove Market are transactions directly between you and WillowGrove Market.

Shopify is not the seller of the products offered through WillowGrove Market and is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, safety, legality, return, refund, or delivery of those products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising directly from purchases or transactions between you and WillowGrove Market.
